Wealth Grants 1,000,000 Stock Options

| | Vancouver, British Columbia... Wealth Minerals Ltd. (the "Company" or "Wealth") - (TSX Venture Exchange: WML, Frankfurt: EJZ), announces that, pursuant to its 2004 Incentive Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,000,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options are exercisable on or before January 23, 2011 at a price of $0.30 per share.
